Scale Nest

The Scale Nest is the operator’s strategic surface — 90-day goals, the HIT (highest-impact-task) system, and quarterly planning that ties every member’s daily work to the revenue outcome they signed up for. It’s the nest that keeps a community on rails when the leader is on stage instead of in the DMs, and the one that makes member trajectory visible without a custom Notion workspace and a part-time chief of staff.

Goals cascade from the quarter into the week into My Day. Members set their 90-day target (revenue, members, deals — whichever the level demands), the Scale Nest derives the weekly HITs, and the dashboard’s "My Day" panel pulls in tasks that move the goal forward today. The bar fills as the day clears, the streak ticks over, the AI coach nudges the member back when the gap widens — quietly, on a pull-to-refresh, never a phone call.

For the leader, the Scale Nest reports up. The admin scoreboard shows revenue scorecards, the connection funnel’s stage conversion over time, member engagement (active in last 7 / 30 days, top performers, members needing attention), the leaderboard view, and `avgCoachingProgress` across the whole community — all 5-minute Valkey-cached for sub-second load. A coach onboarding banner stays pinned until the leader has finished platform setup, so the Scale Nest also doubles as the "are we set up?" gauge.
