These terms

By using owlsroost.ai you agree to these terms. They cover the marketing site you're reading right now — its content, the lead form, the demo scheduler, the blog. The platform itself (members.<your-tenant>.owlsroost.ai and the Owl's Roost staff and admin apps) is governed by a separate customer agreement delivered when your tenant is provisioned.

What we promise

Best-effort delivery. We do our best to keep this site up, fast, and accessible — but we don't commit to a service-level agreement on marketing pages. The platform's SLA, uptime guarantees, and support response times live in the customer agreement and only apply once you're a customer.

What we expect

Don't scrape the site, don't reverse-engineer it, don't impersonate Owl's Roost or its founders, and don't use it to send spam or harass anyone. If you spot a security issue, email security@owlsroost.ai before disclosing publicly — we'll work with you to fix it and credit you in the release notes.

Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owl's Roost is not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this marketing site. The site is provided "as is" — content may change, links may break, and pages may be redesigned without notice. Material on this site does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Changes

We update these terms from time to time as the product and the law evolve. The last-updated date at the top of this page is canonical. If you're an existing customer, material changes to the customer agreement are communicated by email and given a notice period as defined in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site is brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
